I got the $19.95 stand from Triangle Laptops, and it arrived quickly, in the new Dell box, and worked perfectly with my Dell 2408. However, and this is NOT the sellers fault, but mine from ignorance, the one I ordered did not come with the VESA plate.. If you read the Amazon product description closely, it says "please see the condition note since we have both versions of this stand available." For the three people besides me who don't know what that means, it is the little link right under the price that says X new from $19.95.
The $19.95 version you get by default if you click add to cart does NOT come with the VESA plate. If you don't have a Dell monitor, click the "new from" and get the $28.95 one that includes the plate.
Now the stand itself is quite substantial, very bottom heavy even without the laptop or dock, and my 24" monitor tilts, swivels, and adjusts vertically with one hand. I am very happy with the stand, and the seller, but not so happy with myself for seeing the one review that said it came with the VESA plate and thinking that meant they all do. But for $20 bucks, this is a bargain.

The product arrived in perfect condition, factory sealed and worked perfectly for my Dell Latitude E6500 laptop with E-Port Plus Replicator and Dell 2408WFP monitor . The VESA adapter plate IS INCLUDED so you can mount other monitors that are not Dell. Everything in the photos are included as well as instructions.
